Great Place

We had a great stay here! We were a group of 4 families with small kids. The house was stocked well with kitchen supplies, beach furniture and toys. Host was easily reachable and we would stay here again. Thanks!

Everything about this home was absolutely perfect! The home was amazing & comfortably fit the 7 of us, but can easily fit more. The beach and location couldn’t have been any better. Vicky the host is extremely attentive. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Home

Vicki’s house made for an amazing vacation for my family! The house is located directly on the pristine and safe Encanto beach. Our group especially loved the chef’s kitchen, the king beds with enough room for all, and the small touches (many towels, boogie boards, sand toys for the kids etc.) Swimming during high tide and finding all sorts of sea life during low tide was the highlight of our trip. Vicki is a responsive and friendly host who was very accommodating! If you’re looking for a family-friendly beach front home, you should definitely check out Vicki’s place!

Playa Encanto Memorial Day Holiday Get Away

VRBO Showed the property much closer to town in Los Concha’s. After we booked and paid, we discovered actual address and the property was located much further in Playa Encanto 15 minutes further. The home has beachfront access and 24/7 security. Amazing views and access to the beach. All the basics are provided and WIFI unit was amazing. Home is outdated and pictures show much better than actual home and furnishings. The home could have used a good wipe down (cabinets, bedroom/bathroom doors, counter tops) and a thorough sweeping (tons of sand throughout the house). House next door had major work being done and was very loud and disruptive all day. The owner was very nice and showed great communication throughout the process.

Beautiful home, pictures do not do it justice. This was an idea location for a weekend getaway with friends and family. Only wished we had booked it for a longer visit. Would definitely recommend and visit again.

Best we've had in Rocky Point

We go down to Rocky point often and always do VRBO but Steve never had a place that we'd stay in again... Until now. This house was clean, the beach was great and the house had everything we would need already there as far as day to day things i.e. condiments, cooking utencils, grilling utencils and foil etc. The owner was VERY communicative and we really enjoyed our stay!

Great House, Great Beach!

We really enjoyed our stay at this rental. The beach is the best. It is a quiet beach away from the noise and lights of Rocky Point proper. It is a few miles south of the city and we were able to see the best night sky. The house is on the beach and at low tide, it's a great place for kids to play - shallow beach and flat at low tide. The house is well taken care of and clean. I will stay at this location again in the future. Recommended!

Birthday get away

Very nice beach house. Kitchen well stocked with appliances, dishes, utensils, etc. Has gas grill. Only thing you really need to bring are beach towels and food. Air conditioners in every room, that was nice. Ceiling fans worked very well. Owner, Vicki, very helpful and easy to get in touch with.

We’ll be Back!

What a wonderful trip! We were looking for a holiday getaway - last minute, as usual. We were so excited to find this place and it exceeded our expectations. There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms, plenty of space for three people to choose their favorite spots. Our biggest concern with finding a rental was stairs and it was great to see in multiple spots on the listing that there are none. Not one single step from the driveway through the house onto the back patio and into the sand! We have an old, disabled dog and he was absolutely thrilled to be able to shuffle around the house and sun himself in the sand. The patio on the beach side is quite large and is a perfect spot for both morning coffee and watching the sunset. We walked the beach every day and I was surprised at how clean it was - really no litter at all. It is also soft sand and not rocky like other areas. Our host was exceptional! They were very helpful on every level. Our last day there there was a huge storm that knocked out the power, which is pretty much unheard of in Rocky Point! Vickie was extremely helpful and stayed in contact the entire time. The day we were checked out they were actually replacing the beds, although the ones there were already quite comfortable. It’s a quiet neighborhood and it was the perfect getaway to unplug.

Playa Encanto

The owner was very responsive to questions. We were concerned about water based on other reviews and property description, but we had plenty, even with 6 adults, 3 teens, 1 child, and a toddler. Bedrooms were good size- we had 2 rooms that each housed a family. The other 2 rooms that shared a bath was the only challenge in that you had to go through one room to access the other, and this meant that the non-related grandparents had to go through each other’s rooms. Good size patio for watching the tide roll in and out. The beach was sandy and quiet, a wonderful vacation!

Wonderfull beach vacation

The best thing about this property was Vickie, the owner, she was very helpful, responsive and ensured everything was ready for our arrival and our week visit. The access to the beach is fabulous and chairs, kayak an other beach equipment provided were great to have. The beds were very comfortable and the house layout and kitchen had everything we needed to just relax and enjoy as much beach time as we could squeeze in. The air conditioning worked wonderfull and we were all comfortable for our stay. The security guards at the entry were very nice and really helped us all feel very safe We have stayed at many vrbos in Puerto penasco but we all agreed this was our favorite, we hope to return soon and hope we can rebook with Vickie.

Inappropriate host

Really bad experience with the host. During stay, additional guests arrived, we were threatened, harassed, and violated by host in the middle of the stay. Host was relentless with text messages and required a zelle payment (to call it a day). I refused and paid through VRBO. This was NOT a relaxing weekend!!!!!
