The staff is wonderful and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay. The pool is clean and the room is nice. There is no bathroom door but we made it work. It’s a perfect hotel on the beach.

Horrible bug infestation in kitchen which the hosts seem to be aware of. Toilet in master bathroom was leaking extensively. All bathroom lighting so poor that eye makeup application was impossible.

Panama is a beautiful, friendly country, however, Puerto is 3rd world at best. Minds of garbage, packs of emaciated stray dogs and areas that appeared unsafe.
