"Our stay was in a quiet neighborhood with a cute little balcony upstairs. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to make our own meals. They have the kitchen stocked with plenty of coffee. The attractions in Colorado Springs were not far away. It was a very private and quiet stay and we would stay here again. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your property we enjoyed our visit. "

"Property was beautiful and met our needs well for space and amenities. The only areas that could be improved is the master bed was extremely firm and very uncomfortable, and the kitchen did not have any dishcloths or kitchen towels so I used bathroom towels. Decent toilet paper, Kleenex, and paper towels would be an area for improvement. "Quiet and central to MANY great adventures. The front porch will be your friend-an overhang for rain and the mosquitos are much less obnoxious - the back deck is death by mosquito...the deck is built over an enclosed pit that holds water and is a breeding ground for the little buggers. The house is comfortable and well appointed - the train tracks were rarely used while we were present so not an issue. "We stayed at this home while horse showing at the state fair. It was conveniently located, clean and cozy. We were a group of 4 women and felt safe in this neighborhood. I would recommend staying at this home. "

"This was a perfect location for my family as we were in town for state fair activities. I would note that it’s not as well stocked as some other VRBOs we’ve stayed in (no kitchen food items or shower soaps.) And if you do have a 7th person just know they’ll be on the couch. Overall a fantastic stay and we will stay here again next year if it’s available! "
