LOVELY

Lovely space, really comfy bed, great shower. VERY conveniently located, could walk everywhere. but what made it truly special are the people! all kind, charming, way helpful, made one feel cosseted.

This is a new hotel and is very nice. It has all necessary. Our hair drier stop functioning but was replaced later. The room was comfortable

Stunning hotel, my room was beautiful and clean. The location of the hotel can’t be faulted, it’s right in the centre, but not in a noisy area. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel and I could hear the music, but not past 9:30 pm. Check-in was straight forward. My bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom and shower stylish and well appointed. Big screen TV which I think had Netflix, however I didn’t use it so can’t be sure. Can’t fault the place at all! Thanks for a wonderful stay…

Beware, If you stay at this hotel, make sure not to stay in rooms 105,106,107 since those rooms are facing the street, so you can hear at night, vehicles, people taking, and the noisy music and laud people screaming every song from the nightclub San Jorgito, which is across the street; that night, San Jorgito nightclub played its last song around 3:57 am.

Hidden gem, comfortable, clean, new.

What a lovely hotel. This place is a gem! Every room is slightly different. We spent a couple of nights here and it’s within walking distance of the historical downtown. The hotel itself is a refurbished historical “vecindad”. They’ve kept the charm of old floors and the structure of the building. Inside the room the bedrooms are so spacious. Perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle outside. The rooms have an a/c unit that kept the room at a very comfortable temperature. Beds are comfortable, like a hug. My favorite was the shower! There’s a small coffee maker and a couple of water bottles. The staff was so friendly. Karen at the front desk, Angel walked us to our room and showed us around. And another gentleman. There’s a small gym on the 3rd floor and an elevator (many other hotels don’t have them due to being historically preserved. The entrance has a patio that normally has an open dome, but when it rains the staff closed it. There’s a small restaurant attached that serves Oxacan food (we didn’t eat here, but the ambiance looks cozy). If we go back to Puebla, we would stay here again. You can’t go wrong.

Eine super schöne Anlage und eine sehr großzügige Wohnung. Allerdings war das Bett extrem klein für 2 Personen. Die Lage ist super. Es ist Fußläufig keine 10 min ins Zentrum und daher auch schön ruhig. Die Dame die uns empfangen hat war sehr freundlich.

Toda la estancia bien. Limpio, tranquilo y confortable, las camas muy bien!! Sólo que tuvimos que cambiarnos de habitación porque la regadera se encharcaba como alberca y el lavabo goteaba. Nos cambiaron de habitación, pero no del mismo nivel que la pedí anteriormente. No avisaron n el lobby que la puerta a la calle se cierra a las 11:00 pm. Por seguridad. Tocamos, hablamos y abrieron.
