"This was, without exaggeration, the worst hotel experience I have ever had. We booked this hotel for one night while travelling to Germany with my parents and a friend. "Very nice, spacious room. Excellent breakfast in a room overlooking the square. There's no elevator from the ground floor to the lobby about 1/1.5 floors up but you can take an elevator from the lobby to whichever floor you room is on."

"The staff were very helpful and welcoming with great manners. The location of the hotel is ideal, it’s on a busy strip but it’s definitely not noisy or disruptive. The hotel is close to the main station and the trams. I would definitely recommend this hotel, I was pleased and would come here again. The rooftop was a nice sit down for dinner, the food was lovely."
