"The hotel is very cool, we loved the vibe of Orchard. Our trip got a little derailed when the ferries were canceled and we had to scramble for hotels in Athens. We stayed in 4 different hotels and this one was our favourite. Vincent is very accommodating, very easy going and easy to talk to. He was actively trying to help us out when the ferries were canceled, he seems like a really genuinely nice person and we’d stay here again for sure!"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful Stay – Exceptional Hospitality from Thanos! We had a wonderful stay at Ermass Hotel in Athens and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. The hotel was welcoming, comfortable, and a great choice for our stay, but what really made our experience special was the exceptional hospitality we received from Thanos at reception. From the moment we arrived, Thanos was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. He was always ready to assist us, answer our questions, and make sure everything went smoothly. His warm attitude and willingness to help made us feel truly welcome and turned a good hotel stay into a memorable one. It is people like Thanos who make a real difference when you travel. He is a wonderful representative of the hotel and of Greek hospitality. Thank you, Ermass Hotel, for a lovely stay, and a very special thank you to Thanos for taking such great care of us. "A very “Mitsis” feeling haven in the madness of Piraeus Port! We were upgraded when we arrived which was nice & had a great balcony overlooking the street. Rooftop you can just about to see the sunset. Prob wouldn’t want to have a long break here as it does seem like a short stay hotel but very much did the job. Friendly & helpful staff. Near to metro station."
