Basement apartment in south Provo within 10 minutes of UVU and BYU. The home was completely remodeled in late 2022 and features all new appliances, bathrooms, kitchen, lighting, and HVAC! It's extremely well lit with windows throughout.

Dillon, our host, was friendly and professional. I especially liked that he responded to my rookie questions about ski slopes that might be well suited for our group. The stay was comfortable - perfect for a couple and two single adults. The kitchen was well equipped, beds super comfortable, and bathrooms modern. The bonus was the washer/dryer! In summary... Great location, walkable to downtown, accessible to public transit, not too far from BYU or Rocky Mountain University. Clean, comfortable, and central. We'll definitely be back!

The property was extremely clean, attractive, comfortable and well furnished! Beds were particularly comfortable! The living space was ample and big enough that I could invite my college kids over for a home-cooked meal!The location was wonderful- I will be back!

Great place, comfy beds, nicely stocked kitchen. Close to downtown Provo. It is a downstairs, but those who were upstairs were quiet. We'd stay here again.

So. Darn. Clean. We've stayed at many VRBOs in the last few weeks and this was by far the cleanest/best kept. No complaints. Two bathrooms, a pack and play in one of the rooms, my kids didn't end up needing it.

Comfy and Convenient Apt Close to All the Provo Happenings

Basement apartment with all the necessities, close to downtown Provo, but with easy access to the interstate. Despite being a basement apt, little distracting noise from upstairs. Apartment has two baths, with plenty of space for all occupants. Plus a parking pad just outside your separate entrance. Would stay again :)

Good overall

Overall this place was great. Dillon was helpful, the place was clean, and the location was a plus. The only thing I would add is that I don’t recommend using the living room as a sleeping space. There was a dog (or dogs) upstairs that woke me up a couple times during the night. Those who slept in the bedrooms were not bothered by it, so you should be fine if the bedrooms accommodate your whole group.

Nice place to stay

The apartment was very clean and the windows were big enough that it didn’t feel like a basement apartment. It was convenient to downtown Provo and BYU. The stairs down to the apartment were steep but well lit and had a handrail. We would stay here again.

Comfy Stay

Nice basement apartment with great location. Beds comfortable, which is an important factor to me. Communication with host was always prompt and helpful. We never could get the heat to work (stayed at 66 degrees no matter what we did) but space heaters provided were more than adequate. There is a dog upstairs that amazingly never barked but did walk around at night. It never bothered me but if you are a light sleeper, you may want ear plugs. I would definitely stay again when visiting Provo!

Downtown Provo

Great place and location. Basement apartment was recently updated and it was very clean. Instructions and communication from the owner were very clear. Would stay here again.
