We were in town for a conference and the location was great. Easy walking distance to the convention center and restaurants as well as parks to take our two dogs to for a romp. The hosts were very attentive and checked in regularly. The place is beautiful and private. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Providence.

It was our second time staying here while in town visiting family. It was large enough for 2 humans and 1 dog for a few nights. Lovely to be able to walk around the neighborhood. Jean was very responsive when we had a question.

Great location for Brown visitors

This is the best hotel we've ever stayed at; very clean, comfortable place to live, like a "mini house" with your own privacy; a short walk to Rhode Island School of Design and Brown University, super convenient, We stayed for two weeks and will definitely come back again, next time we will stay longer.

In town for a few

We needed a central location and this checked our boxes. We could walk to attractions and downtown isn’t far either. It is a nice spot, cozy, and worked well for what we were needing. Also, it’s close to the hwy if you need to get around.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay in this pet friendly carriage house on benefit street! Off-street parking was ideal. Easy walk to north Main Street restaurants and bars. We were comfortable staying here.

Great Location!

The property is located on a historic street within a 15-30 minute walk to RISD, Brown, Whole Foods, and a host of restaurants. The property was clean, quiet, and perfect for our stay!

Another fantastic stay

This is a beautiful, cozy space and perfect for events at Brown and other nearby colleges. It's so nice to have a washer/dryer, stove top, and full fridge. The property is exactly as listed. We'll stay here again!

Perfect cozy studio near Brown University

My daughter and I stayed here for four nights while attending an event at Brown University. Property photos are very accurate. The place is lovely, clean, and had everything we needed. It was a pleasure to work with the very responsive property owner. We highly recommend this place!

The loft is neat and tidy. It has amenities and appliances that serve faithfully. It tucks away behind the main house, so it's quiet most of the day. The parking space is good for a sedan (we rented a 3 series) which we found backing in make sense (It could be challenging at first because it's uphill). The loft is a good place for a family of 3 to 4 without pet. It would be perfect if there is a little rice cooker but we managed to make some simple meals. A few pieces of the cookware should be discarded. We found two shiny ones, a pot and a pan, to cook with. The AC is very good to the point we found a bit cold setting at 75. Washer and dryer are big enough for the whole family. Walking distance to Brown University is manageable. There is also an internet TV which we prefer one that hooks to national channels instead. In conclusion, it worths the price tag.

The property was quite clean & very nice. It was a big plus being in a great neighborhood with charming houses so close to downtown. The only negative is that the listing mentioned a hot tub, which doesn't exist. Other than that it was great.

Great location for visiting your RISD student

Property was clean, attractive, well managed and had everything I needed for a 5 night stay. Beds are comfortable but firm (if that’s not what you’re used to, maybe too firm.). Must be able to climb into a clawfoot tub, and a shelf for personal toiletries would be a nice addition. Would stay here again.
