    Spacious first floor 4-bedroom 1-full bathroom apartment, furnished with style. It comes with a parking spot and your own private backyard, making it ideal for groups.

A nice spacious place on a quiet side street just a very short walk to downtown. A great location if you want to get out and explore. The host was quick to respond with any questions. I will definitely look for this location if I plan another trip. Thanks - Bill

The property was clean and in a good location. It suited our needs as there were enough bedrooms for 5 of us. There was a lack of cups and glasses - only 2 glasses and 3 cups - not great for 5 people but we only slept there so not a huge problem but it would have been good to be able to have a drink. Air conditioning was good but one bedroom didn’t have any so had to use a fan. Outdoor seating area didn’t seem to be available.

Trip with Daughter

We stayed here because we had a convention at the Rhode Island Convention Center. Location was great and I loved having a parking spot although it was a tight squeeze. Clean, comfortable apartment- wish it had a little bit more in the way of kitchen supplies. Overall a great stay!

Perfect location

We had a great visit in Providence for my daughter’s graduation. The location was perfect and were able to just walk to restaurants. The apartment was well appointed had everything we needed. Spacious and clean. We will definitely consider staying there again.

Providence conference stay

We came to Providence for a conference at the convention center. The house was conveniently located for that. Check in was easy, and house suited our needs.

Providence for WaterFire

Great location. Covered parking for 1 car. Surprisingly quiet for how close it is to Atwells. Close enough to walk downtown for WaterFire event and nightlife. Host was very responsive. Very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Great Family Gathering Spot

Very easy to contact and work with Kevin. Many restaurants and the train station within walking distance. Convenient parking spot available at the house.
