The detached holiday home is furnished in a modern and rustic style. The property is located in a residential area on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use: lawn, sunshade, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture, porch swing, and courtyard.


Location
Donji Proložac. The holiday home is located on a 900 sqm enclosed plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) in a carport.

Air conditioning, central heating. Cot, internet access (Wi-Fi), iron, washing machine and dryer. Television reception via satellite.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a first aid kit.


Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from early May to mid-October, 4 m x 8 m, 1.7 m deep).

Kitchen with dining area, electric cooker (ceramic hob, 1 ring), oven, dishwasher, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine and electric kettle. Storage room. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet, hairdryer and window.
1st floor: Bedroom with 1 single bed, 1 bunk bed and seating area. Bedroom with 1 double bed, seating area, TV and access to the balcony (8 sq m). Bedroom with 1 single bed (suitable for children only) and seating area. Bathroom with whirlpool bath, shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet, hairdryer and window.

Entspannter Familienurlaub

Wir haben hier mit fünf Erwachsenen einen super entspannten Kroatien Urlaub verlebt. Die Vermieter sind supernett und waren bei kleinen Problemen sofort per Whatsapp zur Stelle und konnten immer helfen. Der Blick auf die Landschaft, die Tiere in der Umgebung, der große Pool, die Terrasse mit viel Schatten - all das haben wir sehr genossen und werden bestimmt noch einmal wiederkommen. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Die Sitzmöbel draußen könnten allesamt etwas gemütlicher sein, aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau ;-)
