"Dear Jacob,Ed and I would like to highly recommend the Aviator’s Lounge. We just loved it! It was exactly as pictured on the VRBO website…. Honestly if we could give it six stars we would. The house was spotless and you had all the necessary staples to get us thru the night and into the next day. Very appreciated!We feel that your rental is the very definition of perfect and beautiful! I just loved the theme of every room! Who ever your decorator was, they did an awesome job! Checking in and checking out was very easy"

"I want to start by saying that i have given ample time for the owner to get back with me about partial refund for my stay. The listing atates that it is a 3 br 1 bath home this is inaccurate. It is a 2 br 1.5 bath duplex.When we arived the water smelled horrible. It was a very strong sulfer smell like rotten eggs. I contacted her right away.this took 5 days to fix. In the mean time were were buying bottled water to brush our teeth and showering at family house. The internet went out on day two and never returned. I spent the whole time using family wifi to do what work remind while on vacation. I reached out about a partial refund and was told thwy would look into it. I have not heard back at all. The owner seems like a really sweeet person but i was just not pleased with our stay and hoped to have some compensation for inability to use most basic functions of the home.I will not be staying again."
