An sich Ok, aber Klimaanlage sehr laut und nachts, Raucher vor unserem Zimmer. Highlight: Service-Mitarbeiter rauchten im Frühstücksraum-während unseres Frühstücks!!!

The hotel is new and the staff makes every effort possible to make you feel great. It has everything you need, the bed is comfortable and the breakfast is excellent. But again, the best of this hotel is its staff. It is perfectly well located. Would stay here again if I’m ever back in Prizren

Very dirty room. The carpet has stains all over. Bad smell in the bathroom. Minimum toiletries available Poor brekfast. Staff entered into our room whitout notice/knocking on the door while we were having a nap. Not worth for the money.

Very helpful staff ,location is quiet yet easy walking distance to restaurants and tourist areas. Breakfast was very nice and served later then most places.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral in der historischen Altstadt von Prizren gelegen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Zimmer war groß. Aber leider war der Wasserkocher nicht sauber und es gab nur noch wenig Duschgel in den beiden Flaschen.

We had a pleasant stay at Adler Hotel. The staff were genuinely friendly, helpful and welcoming, and the location and parking were excellent. One staff member went above and beyond and brought me tea bags when they weren’t available in our room, which I really appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable. The quilt cover on the bed was a single size, even though the bed was a double/queen size, and there was no quilt inside it. I asked for another quilt cover, but was given a sheet instead. The quilts were in the cupboard, but looked quite tacky and worn out, so I didn’t feel comfortable using them. The air-conditioning was quite noisy and we couldn’t turn it off ourselves. On the second night, my husband had to call reception to have it turned off because we couldn’t sleep. Breakfast was a simple continental breakfast. It was fresh and adequate, but the same every day, so a little more variety would be appreciated, especially for longer stays. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The staff, location and parking were the highlights. With a little more attention to the small details and offering guests a few more little extras, the hotel could be even better.

Great location in Prizren! Helpful and friendly staff. The rooms look good and are comfortable but the maintenance and cleaning is not good enough to match the standard of the rest of the hotel. Across two room we had unclean toilet, forgotten towels, broken soap holders, running toilet and smell issues. The breakfast was tasty and with a nice view, but be aware of indoor smoking. Easy accessible and convenient on site parking.
