The location of the property was perfect if you want a nice and quiet stay. The streets outside the hotel were not as busy and the center of the city was only 10 minutes away. The staff of the hotel were extremely nice and helpful, probably one of the best service I’ve experienced in a hotel. I highly recommend it. Very bad location taxis would not know how to get to the properties we were 2 adults and 2 children. They offered us a suite with queen. bed for the 4 of us then they moved us to a room with a queen and a small sofa bed there was no breakfast buffet for not having enough guests they cooked us breakfast very friendly family hardly they spoke any english

Lovely people - horrible hotel

First of all: The people running the hotel are WONDERFUL, kind and very service-minded. They do their very best to make up for what is a HOPELESS hotel, far far from deserving its high ratings. It´s located inconveniently out of the centre, it does not have the facilities it´s said to have ( gym, for instance) and most importantly: The rooms are a nightmare. I couldn't even step in to the bathroom, it was so mold-infested and reeking with clorine. The shower was falling apart, the TV didn't work, the smell in the whole hotel is gruesome, smoke plus bad washing...it´s just a no-no. Don´t even consider staying here, in Pristina centre you will find lots better for same price. When that is said: again, the people in the reception really do their very best to compensate , and that´s very kind and caring of them.Just a shame they have such conditions to work with.

Decent hotel, but not the four star experience, we were expecting. For the price, however, it was decent value. Very nice room and friendly staff. Some maintenance was slightly lacking - lots of minor details like the showerhead and small creaks in the floor.

Hotel with a View

We arrived from the main bus station. Try to make arrangement with the hotel as they have contract with specific taxi company in town. It cost €3.00 with them and cost triple with the taxis in the station. Hotel staff were friendly and hospitable, breakfast was excellent (included in the rate), dinner was also good. It is walkable to go downtown -all downhill but you will have to climb the hill on your way back unless taking a taxi. Hotel is located way up the hill, in local neighbourhood where you will have a chance to mingle with the locals. There is a small grocery store nearby where you can buy some snacks, fruits, drinks, etc. There is a small refrigerator in the room. Rooms are spacious and the view of the mountains are awesome. If you are a walker/hiker there is a lovely park not too far away.

My stay was not pleasant as I received wrong information from the hotels.com customer service about what 24h check in means. There is no computer station and no business center, too, although it is said in description there are. But I must say that the guy who works there and the owner are cool and room is really, really spacious. And breakfast is interesting.

Der Kosovo ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert!

Wir waren als Reisegruppe von 6 Mann im Hotel. Das Hotel übertrifft die Erwartungen, die man an ein Hotel im Kosovo hat deutlich. Besonders hervorheben muss man eindeutig das Personal, welches stets freundlich und hilfsbereit war - Egal ob Tipps für Ausflüge oder Hintergrundinfos zur örtlichen Kultur, das Hotelpersonal stand uns immer hilfsbereit zur Verfügung (Englisch war kein Problem, auch Deutsch war oft kein Problem) Bei uns hat das Hotel den Eindruck unterstützt, dass der Kosovo touristisch zu Unrecht seinen Stiefmütterchen-Status hat. Denn sowohl Land wie Leute haben einiges zu bieten und freuen sich über Besucher aus Europa. Das Sicherheitsgefühl war überraschend überall gut, auch als in der Hinsicht verwöhnter Deutscher. PS: Wer eine Reise in den Kosovo vorhaben sollte, der sollte unbedingt auch Prizren sehen!

Rooms are very clean and large. Staff are very helpful and they are very enthusiastic to help you. They serves you like your are their family member. It is very safe. It has mountain view and you can see the mountains, ıt has a large view. Foods are good, and very clean. It has SPA and swimming pool also. The hotel is very quite. You can study, work or read about anything you want.

A Great Quick Stay in Prishtina

I was in Prishtina for just 24 hours, but the staff at the AFA Residence was very helpful while I was there. I enjoyed the room and the view very much - I found the bed and linens extremely comfortable - and the staff was very helpful with getting taxis for me when I needed them. I was sad the pool wasn't working - but that's a small thing in comparison to the overall experience. I would not hesitate to return to the hotel on future visits to Kosovo. They made me feel very welcome!

Comfortable family-owned business

I stayed at the hotel for school marketing trip and I was very happy with the hotel. The room was really spacious and the view was nice. The room was pleasantly decorated, although minor tear was evident. Bathroom had tiling from local mines. A very modern shower with jets, lights and music. Family owned business which was evident in the care they took with their customers. While the rooms didn't have the opportunity for making a cup of tea or coffee, you could go down and request one with no charge. Breakfast was simple but perfectly suitable, with eggs cooked by your wishes after you've arrived to the breakfast. Sauna and swimming pool available, didn't have time to test them.

Tolles Hotel mit super Komfort und Service. Angenehme Atmosphäre und super-freundliches Personal. Leider ist das im Internet angepriesene Restaurant nicht mehr in Betrieb! (allerdings tolles Restaurant fußläufig erreichbar) Pool war während unseres Aufenthalts leider durch Bauarbeiten nicht nutzbar.

Exellent and friendly service

The hotel is a bit difficult to find, but when you get closer to the location there are several signs in the narrow streets. Service is exellent. This is a family hotel and hosts are so service minded. I got upgraded big and comfortable room and welcome drinks from both of the hosts. I had a very pleasent stay. Like to come back.

Svært at finde stedet. Op af en grusvej og intet skilt på huset. Gratis velkomstdrink.(Vi fik en øl) ikke muligt at sidde ude, da det var ved at blive restaureret.
