"We got there just after 6pm. The place was open but there is no reception, nor was anyone there to greet us and no phone number to call. Fortunately there was a couple of guys staying there who were able to call someone who let us into our room. I couldn’t remember if this was a pay at property or if we had prepaid so I asked the guy who told me we owed €75. "The room was situated on the property of an elderly home which was surprising, but not disturbing. The room was nice and modern, clean with all the necessary facilities."

"We were welcomed as soon as we arrived by our lovely hosts. It really was a very peaceful getaway. The gite is well equipped and the shared pool, games room and mini gym are a great feature."

"Stylishly decorated and very well equipped, there was everything we needed in the kitchen. On a working farm but very quiet. Beds were extremely comfortable, water pressure in the shower the only mild disappointment. Host was extremely knowledgable on the area and helped with places to visit."

"Tres bon séjour Tres bon accueil On le recommande "

"Gite agréable et spacieux avec piscine et ping pong sur place pour les activites. Nous en avons profité pour visiter Maroilles, Chimay et nous avons été mangé une frite chez "Thierry la frite" à Aulnoye-Aymeries. Les gens "du coin" sont tellement gentilles et avenants. En plus nous avons eu très beau temps. Cest onéreux mais ce fût un pur plaisir aucun regret."

"Nice hotel lovely staff however restaurant was closed on Saturday night in July and on our return trip in August we were told that restaurant was shut for the holiday. Luckily there is lovely restaurant called "Le Talier De Didy's" that i can thoroughly recommend about 1 km away "

10/10 Excellent

"Sceptical when I heard "Manoir" was expecting something old. It is up to date, clean, very spacious. The free parking was a must because we got there by car. Early check-in I think it was at 10 am but was ok for us because we where going to Brussels for a day. We enjoyed the pool which was a Must. Overall we liked our stay there even though it was just for a night."
