Oceanfront Air Conditioned Condo ~ Walk to Beach ~ Amazing Views

Ocean views from living room, kitchen, and dining room. Mountain views and sunset views from upstairs master bedroom. Listen to sounds of crashing waves.

Ground floor unit, except for the upstairs bedroom which accessed via a spiral staircase (guests with mobility issues might have trouble using the upstairs bedroom, but the rest of the condo is ground floor).

A/C installed October 2020 covers entire condo!

Orchid Point is on the edge of a lush green bluff, overlooking the ocean, 'Anini Reef below and the North Shore coastline all the way to the Kilauea Lighthouse. This two-bedroom, two and one-half bath suite, is one of three units in the Orchid Point condominium.

10 - 15 minute walk to Sealodge Beach. Trail is steep, rocky, and narrow, can be slippery when wet. Sealodge Beach has excellent snorkeling at high tide (more of a snorkeling beach than a swimming beach because of the reef). Beautiful and secluded beach great for relaxing.

Orchid Point is located minutes by car to all the North Shore Beaches. Just a 1 mile walk to the Princeville Shopping Center for restaurants, groceries, coffee, ice cream, shopping, and more.

This is an amazing property. The garage is packed with various beach gear, and the kitchen is well-stocked. Then there's the view of the ocean--absolutely breathtaking. The images do not do this place justice. It's the perfect place. I hope it'll be available the next time we make it to Kauai.

Those who stated that the place is even better than the photos are correct. My wife is from Oahu so we are very familiar how difficult it is to keep a place immaculate in the islands when the elements are fighting you. Even though unit A is literally on the coast everything is kept amazingly clean. Regarding the stay. We don’t know where to start. The view is breathtaking and no matter what time of day it never looks the same with the rising morning sun and low tide or the afternoon sun and how deep blue the water becomes. We loved the morning visits from the Nene geese family or the chicken family. The geckos and frogs would drop by the lanai as well. And at night. You are away from light pollution so the night stars are wow. Keep watching and you’ll see shooting stars too. Memorable stay. Only negative is leaving. :( We hope to come back again!!!

Hands down the best property we have had the privilege to stay at. Every detail was considered. Hosts have gone above and beyond to make your stay amazing. View 10/10. Kitchen equipped 10/10. Aloha! As advertised and more! The view of the ocean is fantastic, especially at sunrise! The place is very clean, fully equipped kitchen for at-home meals, spacious bathrooms, a/c in the bedrooms (rarely used it), plantation shutters on windows which allowed lots of cool airflow and privacy when closed, lots of beach equipment to use for playing at the beach, and a bonus washer and dryer that worked well! Place had everyday use items such as bath and beach towels, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, silverware, plates, bowels, glasses and a really nice coffee maker, as well as leftover items such as dry condiments and cooking oil. This may not seem to be a plus, but supplies are limited and expensive on Kauai! The owners even provided a welcome gift of macadamia nuts and a fragrant arrangement of Plumerias! Even though there are other units nearby, the place was very quiet. There must have been a curfew for noise as we slept well (maybe it was all the boogie boarding and snorkeling we did everyday!). Chickens are around the property and crowed earlier than most would like, but you get used to it! The Nenes are also very interesting to watch and listen to! The flora around the property is full, varied, and smelled clean. I would definitely give 5 stars for this place! Have already recommended this place! Felt like home! The owners provided lots of info for advance planning and was very responsive to all of our inquiries! Mahalo!

Orchid Point is an amazing place! It had everything we needed and was very clean, but the best part was the beautiful views of the ocean, sunrises, and mountains. Neighboorhood is very nice and has a great walking/bike trail not far from here. Spent a lot of time at Hanalei Bay and was able to watch the sunset. This is best place we have stayed at on Kauai and would definitely love to stay here again!

Albert and Anita have gone the extra mile to make sure this property is top notch. We stayed for half of our Kauai stay in the property and my teens are already sad we changed homes!! This property is fantastic, clean, all the comforts one needs and more. I really can’t say enough. The reviews led us to believe it would be great and property was better than expected. If we get to return, we will most certainly hope to stay again.
