Lack of Aloha
We purposely chose this unit for its 2 bedrooms (with loft) and air conditioning throughout (which we need for health reasons).
On our 1st morning, I was surprised to find that the 2nd bedroom floor was covered in water. The A/C unit in the room was leaking water. I took the time to mop up the "flood"
and notified the Parrish Collection, who are the property managers.
We had a nine night stay and the A/C was never repaired.
This unit is on the top floor, directly in the sun, so without the use of A/C, the room was too warm to sleep in.
Also.... the ceiling fans were coated in thick dust. The coating of dust was so thick that it actually curled around the fans and was visible on the bottom of the fans facing the floor.
The dust from the fans gave us respiratory issues, so we could not use them.
So..... to summarize.....
1. We paid for 3 rooms and could only use 2.
2. Parrish never repaired the A/C unit.
3. The fans were unusable.
We thought that some kind of small partial refund was justifiable, in the spirit of Aloha, but our request was denied.
I would heartily suggest that you stay away from this property, or any property overseen by the Parrish Collection.
