Cute and clean cottage
Everything was great despite the poor weather. We really enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. The house is cute and comfortable, well stocked with necessities and very clean. Would recommend!

Perfect getaway!
We had a wonderful stay in PEC! Charming area, beautiful beaches and hiking paths! The cottage was lovely and cozy, it felt like home! It is exactly as pictured :) and had all the essentials for cooking, cleaning and showering. Backyard is well setup and spacious; it was perfect for our Golden Retriever! If you’re planning to use the bbq, make sure to purchase charcoal briquettes prior to arriving. The cottage is located on a quiet road and only one close neighbor. The view of the fields is amazing, especially in the evening when the sun sets. The property manager provided useful information for the check-in and beach pass a few days before which was really appreciated. They also followed up once we arrived. Very friendly! We absolutely disconnected and would return for another vacation!

Extremely disappointing stay - never trusting Places in PEC ever again
Cottage is cute enough however we had 2 middle of the night emergencies; we were awoken on 2 consecutive nights by a smoke detector outfitted with faulty batteries. The alarm in question was behind a locked door inaccessible to the customer and when we called the phone numbers indicated in the cottage guide, neither the owner nor the caretaker answered. We found out later that Tony, the owner, went on vacation without having forwarded his number to someone in the country and Sean, the caretaker, did not answer his phone until the next morning. So out of 4 nights, we did not sleep for two of them. When we complained to VRBO, the caretaker reluctantly agreed to refunding just one of our sleepless nights. And to be able to receive the refund, we had to agree not to write a bad review. We obviously disagree with that demand. We are still fighting him now to receive a refund for our two sleepless nights. We need a vacation from our vacation. Renter beware.

This property was perfect for myself and 2 adult children. Clean, cosy and quiet. Lots of thoughtful added touches throughout and attention to detail. We especially loved the woodstove, hot tub and cosy beds since we were there during a cool, rainy time. We also loved the beautiful views of the fields and woods from the many large picture windows. Thanks very much for hosting us. We would definitely stay here again!

Great cottage
We really enjoyed the cottage. It was very clean and comfortable for 4 people. Kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed. Host was very responsive and helped us with delivering firewood. Would definitely come back!

This is a beautifully renovated 2 bedroom hired hand's farmhouse building located on a quiet country road across the street from farm fields. Fully equipped kitchen made cooking easy. Close to Wellington and local wineries.

Elevage wine festival
This property was the perfect location to attend the wineries hosting the Elevage wine festival. Very nice house, very clean, had all the amenities needed, including an easy to access hot tub! We would rent this property again.

Perfectly Cozy Getaway
My husband and I were looking for a cozy winter getaway and this property was perfect. It was super close to wineries although we spent a lot of time relaxing and in the hot tub. The cottage had literally everything we needed, the bed linens were cozy, the kitchen was fully stocked and then some and the fireplace was the perfect finishing touch. We would highly recommend this property for any couple looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway.

PEC Cottage
A wonderful place to stay if you are in PEC doing wine tours. Close to most vineyards and the hot tub was a real treat. Very private.

Magnifique endroit , propre et bien entretenu il ne manque de rien ! A 30 minutes de Sandbank plage Otlet et qq minutes de Wellington et ses beaux paysage ! Ont y a séjourné 4 jours et ses 4 jours était juste trop parfait ! Je le recommande fortement

A wonderful cozy cute cottage
This cottage is perfectly located for exploring the wine country and ideally suited for a family of 4 or for two couples. A quiet location with a good view of both sunrises and sunsets. The fire pit (firewood provided) in the backyard under mature trees is great for a relaxing evening. This cottage is only 15 minutes from the town of Wellington with all amenities and nice restaurants. Our dog had lots of room to run but did not like the steep stairs to the second floor or the smooth hard floors - she prefers carpets; but we realize that carpet is hard to keep clean. A number of dog towels provided at the house were spread on the floor and that helped. The place was clean and neat with modern appliances. We would highly recommend it.
