「Loved this hotel. The location was great - very walkable. We had fish and chips at the restaurant and I think it was the best I have ever had. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Very enjoyable stay.」

「Right on a main road so lots of traffic noise. People wandering through the parking lot in the middle of the night hooting and hollering. Seems to have some full time tenants but not 100% sure」

「We found all places in Thunder Bay extremely overpriced. The staff were pleasant and helpful, the place is very dated and run down. We weren’t looking for anything fancy, just a decent place to rest after a 12 hour drive. If the rate was 1/2 the price we would say it was to be expected but not when paying close to $300!」

「Breakfast, the milk was dated June 4 and it was on June 4. I was looking for a best before date that was newer, and the breakfast staff brought me 1 milk out from the kitchen. Breakfast today, Sat June 6, milk was dated old and sour. Yewwwww」

「Fully functioning suit, clean, comfortable beds, quiet and easy access to the building. We enjoyed our stay here, and we'll definitely be back whenever we are in Thunder Bay.」

「The hotel is closed to the big supermarket and restaurants. Also convenient if you don't have a car as bus is available every 15-20 min to reach shopping center. Hospitality and kindness of hotel staff is excellent. We enjoyed our stay here very much. 」

「It’s close to the airport, making it convenient for people who are travelling. I’ve stayed at this hotel many times before because it’s slightly more affordable than others. My recent stay was not as enjoyable due to noise. I was on the first floor and was frequently disturbed by interior and exterior noise. Walls are not soundproof at all.」

「Older motel that isn't very well kept up. I had to utilize my own travel multi-tool to fix the door handle so it would work properly. The tap on the bathroom sink was defective, and the room wasn't very clean.」

「Check-in was a breeze. Rooms were great and staff members were super friendly. Breakfast was yummy and the cook was accommodating and cooked my 8 year old a few more eggs & bacon before it was over.」

「Thin walls. We heard our neighbour’s tv throughout the entire night, as well as voices in the hallway were loud and clear. By far it was the worst sleep I’ve ever had at a hotel. In addition, the window from our room looked over the pool area. No view to outside, no daylight. Not impressed, won’t be staying there again.」

「The room and the rest of the property were very dirty. The pictures online did not represent this hotel at all. This property and furnishings are outdated and in poor condition. The continental breakfast is sub par as well. I would not recommend staying at this facility」
