「This hotel says it has a 24hr desk in the info. We arrived at 10pm and there was nobody there. Nobody answered the buzzer or the phone. When we contacted hotels.com they said they could not reach the hotel and could not confirm that we didn't stay there, so they refused to give us a refund... even though we booked another hotel the same night from hotels.com. I was expecting a sincere apology but instead have to go through the trouble of disputing this with my credit card. Crazy.」

「Claudias Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Hervorzuheben ist natürlich der große und wunderschön angelegte Außenbereich mit kleiner Terrasse vorm Haus, großer Hauptterrasse und riesiger Dachterrasse. Es stehen hinreichend Terrassen-/Gartenmöbel zur Verfügung. Die Außendusche ist in den Sommermonaten ein großes Plus. Neben dem netten Ortsstrand sind die schönen Strände von Punta Prosciutto, Torre Lapillo etc. mit dem Auto sehr schnell...

「Das Anwesen war toll und der umzäunte Umschwung für unsere Riesenschnauzer toll. Sehr stilvolle Einrichtung. Sofa wäre noch toll. Strand außerhalb der Saison für Hunde einfach genial (Oktober)」
