good location and staff

Two people stayed in the room, and although there was no space to open suitcases, the room was clean and the shower had a satisfactory amount of water. The hotel was also waking up early in the morning to loud noises of doors closing and not being able to get a good night's sleep. The sound of doors closing in all rooms is very loud. The employees of this hotel should stay there once to see how it sounds.When I complained to the female front desk staff about this, they were full of excuses and no apology. Firstly, if a complaint is made, you should apologise before making excuses. Other staff were very good. I will leave an honest comment as I would never return here.

立地はとても良い。地下鉄に近く便利。近くに多くのレストランがあり、Wifiも問題ない。朝食もおいしい。カードKeyというのも便利。部屋は清潔に保たれている。設備は概ねよいが、10月の寒い日に「部屋に暖房が欲しい」と伝えたが、「部屋の気温は17度はあるだろう。暖房を入れるのは12月からだ」と断られたが、ロビーにはほのかに暖房が入っていた。室温17℃というのは暖かい場所から来た旅行者には寒いだろう。季節によっては個々の部屋を自分が快適に過ごせる気温に保つのはこのホテルでは難しいかもしれない。
