  • Beautiful deck overlooking the creek. The house is 960 sq ft, 3 bdrm, 2 baths. Centrally located between Prescott and Prescott Valley- 11 min away from historic downtown Prescott, 7min away from Prescott Valley. Beautiful, private outdoor seating, propane grill. The inside is newly updated. Includes fast WIFI, 2 smart TVs, full kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, walk in closet.
    Minutes away from Granite Dell, Lynx Lake, Watson Lake.
    Complimentary coffee and tea.

Perfect place! The outside was completely fenced and there was a small creek that ran by it where we were lucky enough to see some wildlife like raccoons and javelinas. Beds were super comfy and they have everything you’d need to bake, cookout, make s’mores etc. Loved it!

We enjoyed our stay in this clean and cozy place. The fenced in yard was spacious for our pups to run and play. Beautiful deck to sip coffee in the morning and watch the sun rise. The beds were very nice and comfortable. Definitely recommend!

Place was as described, the back deck area was great, we enjoyed grilling and sitting out by the fire. The beds were comfortable, we would definitely rent here again.

We loved this sweet adorable home for our 4th of July family celebration! It was the perfect size for us and each room was comfortable in every way! What we loved the most is the gate to the road that we could close so the dogs could run and play freely (and the littles too). Elena was very responsive to any msgs I sent and very accommodating with our special request. We will be back !!

The location was right where we wanted. The dogs enjoyed running around the fully enclosed yard. The Host replied promptly to any inquiry we had. We would be happy to stay there again.

The backyard has a fenced in pet area which was perfect for our Pomeranian. The house is was and plenty of room for 4 adults. It was very quiet, clean and accommodating. Great communication with with owners. Would love to stay here again.

Clean, comfortable accommodations

The home was situated off a main thoroughfare in a secure gated fence in a quiet neighborhood. It was clean, and well equipped for cooking and relaxation indoors or on the large deck and patio. We would stay there again!

Clean, modern, comfortable home

Very nice and efficient three bedroom updated home. Very nice bathrooms, comfortable beds and all the simple things you may need. Simple home that met all of our needs. Nice to have a place that pays attention to the cleanliness details. Great location for what we were in town for and close to major grocery stores and quite a few restaurants. All around great stay.

Great spot for visiting Prescott.

Place is super comfortable and relaxing. Clise to both Prescott and Prescott Valley. Great fir dogs too.

weekend with family

Place was clean and had a good central location, which means a lot. Only thing negative I can think of is the neighborhood location and the driveway entrance was a little awkward, but we made it work, not something that would keep us from staying again. Overall experience was great.
