"When we checked in it was the first time we found out the property DOESNT have an elevator. I am handicapped and had no way to get to the room on the 2nd floor without out sitting on the ground and going backwards step by step. I had no choice because there wasn’t another hotel in the area that had a vacancy. You need to put on your website that you are NOT HANDICAPPED access. It was the worst stay I have ever had!!!"

"The lobby smells badly like animal urine. Very unappealing upon arrival. Thought it was just a fluke the last time we stayed here, but that gross smell was there again yesterday. Also weird we had to show an ID for anyone over the age of 18 staying in the room. We travel extensively and have never been asked this. Bed was also very squeaky. Every move made a loud sound. "

"The property was very clean, the staff was both friendly and helpful. For an historic building, the rooms were larger than expected. They have a parking lot across the street that can accommodate a pickup truck or larger vehicle. It's only a few blocks from Whiskey Row too. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning. "

"Way overpriced for what it is. No shuttle to airport. If you need uber early in the morning “GOOD LUCK” nice staff but rooms are $50 motel for $300."

"It was difficult to get hot water in the shower in the morning. When I brought this up to staff, they suggest that I turn down the amount of cold water to increase the temperature. Duh! I’m pretty sure I know how to operate the shower. I asked for fresh towels as we left in the morning at 98M. But we got home at 8 PM. They still had not got this accomplished. "
