Very good staff but room size is small

Excellent restaurant and very clean room

We had trouble finding the entrance to the hotel by car, sign posts led us to an underground carpark but then signs seemed to stop. Once we got to reception the staff were polite but did not know how to pay for the carpark saying we needed cash when ApplePay was fine. The room was fine, clean and comfortable beds. We ate in the restaurant and the food was good. The only reason we stayed was for a stress free early start the following morning for our flight home but the reception staff booked 12 people onto a 10 person airport transfer and the driver took out his frustration in French on the passengers waiting. In balance I would not book again given the other options available.

Location was excellent, staff were super helpful especially Abrahim, Fatima, a young black man who gave me plasters as my shoes were cutting into me. He went out of his way to help. I would give it 5stars but the pillows let me down they were very thin and soft i wasnt able to sleep well. However the staff tried to make up by giving me extra pillows i was very grateful.
