Located facing the sea, on the road to Pointe Saint Gildas 1 km on foot from the town centre, shops, markets, bakeries, bike rentals, bars and restaurants.
The Villa is 170m² on a closed and secure plot of 1200m². It has 5 bedrooms with sea views and can accommodate up to 10 people.
The house comprises, on the ground floor, an open-plan kitchen, equipped with all the necessary appliances so you feel at home, hob, fridge-freezers, microwave, oven, filter coffee maker, espresso coffee maker with beans, dishwasher, toaster, kettle. The lounge has a TV and the dining room opens onto a large terrace with views of the Île de Noirmoutier. On the sleeping side on a half landing, you will find a double bedroom (160), a bedroom with 3 single beds (90), a bedroom with 2 single beds (90), a shower room and independent toilet complete this level. On the second floor is a master suite (160) with shower room with private toilet. Outside, a kiosk with unobstructed views can serve as an office or bedroom with sofa bed (140).
For maximum comfort, garden furniture, a barbecue, hairdryer, ironing table and iron are provided.
You can park up to 4 cars on the closed and secure plot of the rental.
