「Many listings can seem to over-sell the condition of the property, or the scope of other benefits the property offers to people staying there. Neither of these things happened for me and my wife during our stay here. I believe the description was undersold in the listing, since the property more than exceeded our expectations. 「It’s a cute 3 bedroom apartment. Very comfortable with lots of treats (coffee, popcorn). However, there was a lot of noise into the early morning hours from the bar across the street in the one bedroom with a window facing the street. We stayed a Friday night perhaps it’s quieter during the week.」

「This cabin and property were a perfect choice for our fishing getaway. We were a little concerned about the available space for 4 large adults in the cabin as well as two boats and two trucks, but everything turned out great. Cabin ended up being perfect. 「Wife and I had a blast. Owner or maintenance of property management was awesome and open and responsive to our requests. Wife and I had a blast for a last minute quick getaway after some other plans fell through. Took a day trip to decorah and explored and gambled a bit at the casino near by. They have a website with other cabins might look to return again over the summer with my older college and high school kids as the cabin was huge for the two of us. 「Although this cabin was smaller than anticipated, it fully lived up to the expression of "small but mighty"! My husband and I had a few nights of a mini honeymoon here to get away from life stressors, anyone we know, and disconnect from our phones to settle into marriage- this cabin was exactly what we were looking for and more! Visiting the small businesses in both towns of Lansing and McGregor was a blast- I highly suggest chatting with the locals! We hope to stay here again soon to be able...
