"Recepção pelo Luiz foi muito boa, mas o quarto é horrível. Cama pessima no apartamento 209, no máximo altura de no máximo 30cm, ridículo. Fiquei sem dormir e com dor nas costas. Além do mais há dois degraus para se chegar no banheiro, um incentivo incrivel para quem quer cair e ficar no hospital por um tempo. O lado bom foi o café da manhã, muito bom. Bem, não voltaremos porque aquele quarto sequer deveria ser usado para hospedar alguém, no máximo para depósito."

"The staff was excellent. The food was terrific. It is very family friendly. We arrived late due to a flight and they kept the kitchen open and were very helpful with the kids. The rooms are terrific and it’s very well located."

"É uma ótima acomodação pelo valor. São muito receptivos e atenciosos O café da manhã é generoso e por mais que não tenham variações durante a estadia, serve muito bem pra reforçar a energia durante o dia. O local é de fácil acesso ao comercio e tem de tudo ao redor, é próximo da ruas das pedras pra quem tá de carro. Não tenho críticas ao local, somente algumas sugestões que podem contribuir. No quarto tem ventilador e ar que funcionam, porém não suprem totalmente a necessidade. Seria ideal...

"What kind of luxury resort hotel has concrete floors in the room and the bathroom? No hot water in the shower? They didn't have any soap. They insisted shampoo is just as good so gave out extra shampoo! Guess what, shampoo isn't the same, so I had to buy my own soap. The rooms open up motel style to the pool area, so lots of ants end up in the room. The pool is not maintained that great and is filled with bugs and plastic. The pool bar is okay, though. The area is in a good location, walkable...
