Apt 10th floor, there are 30 meters from the beach, overlooking the sea, with privileged view, garage w / car. Next to Neptune statue and shopping street. Next to summer shows and craft fairs with typical foods. Building with ample leisure, 24-hour concierge, security cameras; holds 05 (five) people. Description: kitchen - refrigerator with freezer, stove, microwave, coffee maker, grill, appliances, purifier, cookware, plates, glasses and kitchenware all brand new; Balcony: table with 4 stools; laundry, clothesline; Living room - Led TV, micro system, cable TV, wifi modem, ceiling fan and 1 sofa, table with 4 chairs; bedroom - double box bed, inflatable mattresses, pullout bed, wardrobe; bathroom with glass shower, 2 chairs and parasol. Fiquei 3 dias no apartamento e elogiar é pouco perto do que merece. Condomínio é PERFEITO.. Piscina, espaço de lazer, recepção é impecável. Tem tudo próximo, pizzaria, padaria, nercado, feirinha da Ocean... O apartamento totalmente mobiliado e bonito, WIFI funcionando, Nenhum inseto ou barata, lindo e muito organizado no geral. As fotos descrevem bastante, mas pessoalmente é lindo de ver. Vista é boa para o mar. Este sem duvidas é o melhor apartamento que já aluguei na Praia Grande. Rose muito educada e compreensiva... RECOMENDOOOOO....
