"The whole place is amazing! We had a wonderful view of the water from the balcony space off our room, which was right next to the front desk. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful. We ordered the breakfast basket both mornings and loved the food and thermos of coffee. It's an easy walk to town and beaches. We had no car and it was a short Bolt ride in from the train station. I highly recommend Castelo Guest House!"

"Wonderful apartment, very comfortable and clean, well appointed with thoughtful touches. We felt right at home and loved the location although there are steep walks up from the town. Parking excellent and nice to have a pool nearby. Would definitely recommend and come back for another stay. "

"We had a lovely stay, host was very generous and kind to us as we missed our flight into Faro and had to catch a later plane. Area is lovely we went for some really nice walks, property is very convenient for restaurants and supermarkets, villa is very spacious, we didn’t use the kitchen that much as we ate out a lot but it is very well equipped. Ocean view from the roof top was also very nice."
