"The hotel was basic in facilities but it was clean and the owners friendly. It is close to the beach so a swim before breakfast is a must. 10 minute walk to the historical part of Paraty where there are many good restaurants and tasteful shops. "

"We loved our stay at Magnu's Posada. It is very close to downtown Paraty. Breakfast was simple but delicious. Place is very comfortable, clean, and near by to all touristic attractions. Staff was very polite and welcoming. "

Communication with the team was impeccable - they gave great recommendations and helped us when we were stuck ob any issues! "

"Beautifully decorated and kept inn right in Paraty's historic centre. Absolutely pristine in terms of cleanliness - I've never been in a hotel so clean. The staff of women are incredible - warm and kind and helpful. I don't speak Portuguese, except for the owner they don't much English, but they were so ready to help me and to provide recommendations. Great breakfast and again the lovely lady making breakfast wrote out the names of Brazilian foods I didn't know. The room was beautifully...

"The hotel is in an old colonial building which has been well restored and is in a great location in the centre of the old town. Staff are excellent and breakfast is magnificent! The only downside for me was the electric shower which wasn't hot enough, but I recognise the constraints in an old building and the character made up for it. "

"What an amazing place! So cute, the private courtyard area keeps it quiet, but it is only a short walk to the historic center. The staff is friendly (even though I don't speak Portuguese!), the wifi is pretty fast, and breakfast is excellent. I spend 4 days here and I wish it was longer!"
