最高の立地のホテル

ルドルフィヌムや国民劇場にも近く、カレル橋の直ぐそばなので、迷うことなく帰れます。コンサート目的にホテルをチョイスしました。ホテルからのメール返信で新館の方をリクエストしました。旧館はエレベーターないらしいので。フロント・レストラン、皆様感じの良い人ばかりでした。（英語問題なく通じます）

ホテルからのメールには希望を書くべし

新しい棟と古い棟があり、古い棟はエレベーターがなく、階段で上り下りしないといけません。1,2階は良いですが3階にされると結構しんどいです。私は3階の部屋をあてがわれたので、階段がつらく、部屋を変えて欲しいというと、満室で無理と言われた。他の客は年寄りばかりなので、若い宿泊者に階段の部屋をあてがっているのだと言われビックリした。予約後にホテルからメールがきますが、それに希望を書いておくことが必要のようです。新しい棟はエレベーター付で快適のようです。あと、中庭はとても静かで良かったです。

Our hotel is indeed composed of two buildings, and one of them is the monumental building Pachtuv Palace. Due to its historical value since the 18th century, it is difficult to conduct reconstructions, and therefore it makes it impossible for us to install elevators. 美しい眺望

ヴルタヴァ川カレル橋プラハ城の聖ビート教会が見えるお部屋があると言う事と歴史ある建物であるが冷房完備である事水周りが新しく清潔であるというネット情報を得てスメタナホテルさんにしました。チェックインの際父母娘の3人旅でしたが希望の眺望が望める部屋でコネクティングルームがあるとおススメされ実際シャワーやお手洗いが2つある方が便利で良かったです。川側のお部屋からは本当に美しく希望通りの街の姿を見る事ができ感激いたしました。初日シャワーの排水が悪く難儀致しましたが翌朝レセプションにテレビの不具合などと共に申し出ますと直ぐに対応くださいました。調度品も華やかでお部屋もいつも清潔で明るく快適に過ごせました。朝食も郷土色あるパンも美しく並べられお野菜果物ヨーグルトチーズも豊富で美味しかったです。ホテルの方も笑顔で楽しい滞在となりました。ありがとうございます。

立地で選ぶならお勧め

ジュニアスィートを家族で利用しました。伝統のあるHotelで風格はありました。部屋の大きさも充分あり家族4人でゆっくり出来ました。しかし部屋の場所が裏路地側のためか風通しが悪くエアコンも無かったため、部屋に熱気がこもってしまう感じでした。また夜間は路地裏で声が響くためか、かなり部屋に騒音が入って来ました。これは場所によってだと思います。ホテルスタッフはどなたも丁寧に対応して下さり、とても教育が出来ていると感じました。ホテルの立地は非常に便利であり多くの日本人の方が利用していました。

プラハ城とカレル橋の望めるホテル

ハネムーンでプラハに3泊行きました。プラハ城とカレル橋の望めるホテルという希望があり、こちらのホテルを選びました。予約した時点で、ハネムーンであること、リバービューを希望するメッセージを送ったところすぐに返事が来て、他にも様々なサービスを紹介してくれました。当日は希望通りの部屋を準備してくれました。プラハ城とカレル橋は綺麗に見えました。部屋は、ベッド、バスルームなど広さ、清潔感共に十分でした。ハネムーンを伝えてあったからか、メッセージ付きのウェルカムシャンパンが部屋に準備されており、感激しました。ホテルの目の前にトラムの乗り場があります。カレル橋には徒歩2分程度で行けますし、5分も歩けば旧市街に行けますので立地は良いです。朝食はあえてつけずに、朝から旧市街のいろんなカフェに行きました。ホテルの朝食も良さそうでしたので行ってもよかったなと後から思っています。夜景も綺麗ですし、快適に過ごすことができました。

プラハで一番の景色

プラハの紹介でよく見るカレル橋とプラハ城の景色がお部屋の窓から独り占め。あさもやに浮かび、夜はライトアップされ何とも幻想的でため息の出る景色です。プラハに宿泊するのならこのホテル一番だと思います。レストランもとってもお勧めす。

５つ星の価値は全くありません。一体どこの星でしょう。

２つのレストランが最高のクオリティ、それが５つ星の最大の要素でしょうが。とにかくスタッフの教育がなっておらず、私のチェックアウト時には会計を間違え、あくびをしながら現れた若いホテルマンが対応したり、お客のでモノマネを目の前でするホテルマンを初めて見ました！これが５つ星。そしてソファの下は埃だらけやバスルームの清掃も補充もいわなければ何もなし。プラハ全体が若者の働く態度が最悪ですが、このホテルが５つ星なのはきっと火星や金星や月の星の意味でしょう。とにかく５星の価値は全くありません。他のお客さんが皆の前で怒りをあらわにする姿もありました。スメタナの名がすたります。８泊２０万以上の費用を払いました。これは本当での評価です。しかしレストランは素晴らしい美味しさです。

便利な場所・ステキな景観

高齢の母との旅でしたのでカレル橋がきれいに見える部屋を頼んだら最上階の部屋で目の前のカレル橋とモルダウ川、朝靄けぶるプラハの景観が見事でした。カレル橋に近く主なプラハの観光は徒歩で可能でした。中央のテーブルの上には冷やしたワインとスウィートがメッセージとともに。部屋は新しくはありませんが広く清潔でアメニティーグッズも家具調度類も豪華で身に余る思いでした。テレビは国際放送が映ると書かれておりますが、実際はほとんど見られません。(問い合わせましたが見られませんとのことでした）親しみやすい感じではありませんがフロントやコンシェルジュ(何故か男性のみ）にはきっちりと大変お世話になりました。お値段もそれなりでしたが、庶民ゆえサービスのどこまでがComplimentary（無料）なのか迷うところがありました。

立地条件は最高だが，施設，スタッフはやや難あり

カレル橋から近接し立地は最高．ただし，施設が古いのか，時間によってはお湯が出ず，またテクニシャンがノックもなしに部屋に突然入ってくるなど，首をかしげたくなることが１週間弱の滞在中にしばしば発生した．

川辺のかわいいプチホテル

カレル橋近くの川辺に建っているため、窓から橋とプラハ城を眺めたり、朝食前に川辺を散歩したりできました。ホテルステイより観光重視だった私達には、部屋の設備は充分で特に不便はありませんでした。スタッフの皆さんも親切でチェックアウトの時間をずらしてくれました。とても満足です。

旧市街にあり多くの観光地が徒歩圏内にあり非常に便利、旧市街にはあまり良いホテルはないがここはしっかりしており、観光目的で行く人には是非お勧め。

One of the best location hotel in Prague

We stayed 4 nights at Pachtuv Palace. Hotel staff are very, very kind and caring all the time ... They upgraded our room to palace garden suite room to find that we are honeymoon. It is very big room and have bathtub in shower room. This hotel is one of the best location hotel in Prague. We can easily go to old town square, charles bridge to go to and many restaurant. It takes within one minute to go to Bellevue, and we can go to U zlatého tygra soon. We will stay at this hotel even next Prague trip.

カレル橋から徒歩2分、地下鉄駅から徒歩5分、立地は抜群

カレル橋の近く、ホテル入口はわかりにくい、家族3人ジュニアスイートを予約、部屋広すぎで疲れた(笑)、ゴミ箱か1つしかなく不便、パスルームとトイレが離れていてこれまた不便。ホテルからカレル橋まで徒歩2分、カレル橋から王宮まで徒歩10分、旧市街地までは徒歩5分、立地は抜群。プラハ駅から行かれる方はタクシーは避けたほうがいい、ボッタクリが多い、地下鉄がおすすめ、途中で乗り換えがあるもののホテル近くの駅まで10分程度、そこからホテルまでは徒歩5分程度。地下鉄のチケットは30分、90分、24時間チケットの3種類、キャリーバック持参の場合は荷物持込みチケットが必要、30分チケット24コルナ(120円)、荷物チケット16コルナ(80円)

カレル橋のすぐ近くに位置するこのホテルは、どこへ行くにも便利で、また建物も趣がありとても素敵です。川側の見晴が良い部屋に滞在することができれば、部屋からも眺めを楽しめます。ホテルのサービスは、チェックインの時は非常に親切で丁寧でしたが、それ以降はわりにあっさり。それほど大きなホテルではないので、もう少しアットホームな雰囲気があってもいいかと思いました。その他は、特に不満に思った点はなく、快適な滞在でした。

カレル橋の目の前で快適でした。

ホテルには夕方の雨の中、暗い感じでチェクインしましたが、快晴の翌朝には重厚感がある中庭の景色が旅情を掻き立てました。立地はカレル橋に近く観光には最適です。食事も夕食をホテルのレストランで取りましたが内容、サ－ビス、値段は街中よりもコスパは高く思われました。部屋も十分な広さと清潔感があり、水回りにも問題はありませんでした。滞在中、途中で1泊チェルキ－に移動し再び帰る中空きの滞在にも荷物の保管、列車、タクシ－の手配等様々な要求にも親切に対応してもらいました。とても快適な滞在でした。

すべての人にお勧め

当初ジュニアスイートを予約していましたが、ホテルにメールで問い合わせたところ、王宮は見えないとのことでした。差額を払えば王宮のよく見えるデラックススイートに変更可能とのことでしたので、変更をお願いしました。結果は大正解でした。エクスペディア予約一覧にでてくる写真の部屋で（305号室、角部屋）、リビングに窓3つ、寝室に窓2つ、いずれの窓からも王宮が一望できました。約75m2と大変広く、この部屋にこの値段で泊まれるのにはびっくりです。パリだったら10万円以上はするでしょう。無線LANは非常に高速でした。ホテルのレストラン（Amade）で朝食と夕食を食べましたが、美しい中庭のテラス席がお勧めです。サービスは標準的でした。空港からの送迎をホテルに依頼しましたが、片道800チェココルナ（約4000円）でした。ホテルの隣にSchool Restaurantがあります。料金はお手頃で内容はすばらしく、2日間通いました。TripadvisorのCertificate of Excellence 2013に選ばれています。

優れた立地だが、雰囲気も抜群

プラハが大水で交通が混乱しているときに宿泊しました。中庭が素敵で部屋もそこに面した２階の部屋でした。クラシックな雰囲気ですが、十分な広さと快適なアニメティで大変快適でした。満足してます。ただしレンタカーで移動し泊まったために車を駐車しましたが、駐車料金の高さにだけは閉口しました。

The hotel is older, but very nicely updated to give modern amenities - exactly what I'm looking for in an old city like Prague. The view was across the water of Charles Bridge and the Prague Castle/Cathedral. Amazing. Right on the Edge of Old Town, it was a quick walk to sights, shops, restaurants, etc. Everyone working there was great, but Kirill, at the night desk, was particularly amazing. Super helpful, great problem solver. I will be staying here again.

Fantastisk hotell og vertskap

Vi hadde gleden av å besøke The Mozart Pargue tidlig i desember. Vi hadde ett fantastisk opphold. Selv om mye av det offentlige julemarkedet i Prague er ganske kommersielt, så hadde hotellet sitt eget fantastiske julemarked, med mange boder med hjemmelaget øl, kaker, håndtverk også videre. I tillegg var det fremføring av julesanger fra kor i alle aldre, igjennom hele dagen. På kveldene så var det konserter på scenen :-) Totalt ett veldig ekslusivt hotell med strålende service, og en atmosfære man bare kan drømme om :-)

The location of this hotel can’t be beat. We stayed in a family suite and expected two bedrooms but we had a three bedroom and full three bathrooms! Everything was beautiful- the furniture, decor, flooring- It all felt very elegant. Everyone was very kind and helpful, especially Denisa and the other persons at the front who always greeted us with smiles. The breakfast options were okay but the staff in the dining room for both breakfast and dinner were always very nice. We were lucky to be there the weekend of a charity event being held in the two courtyards and everything was decorated so beautifully for Christmas! Such an easy walk to the markets, a great view of the bridge from our room, and all so clean. I definitely will return to this hotel! Thank you to everyone!
