The property was close to the places we wanted to go to however the lift was not located on the room floors needing suitcases to be lifted up or down a couple of stairs to access the rooms Staff were prompt to help with any request.

You cannot have a hotel without air conditioning in the summertime. The rooms were very hot.. impossible to sleep at night. The breakfast was good, the staff were amazing, the location was also great. But this hotel is very outdated. The restaurant downstairs doesn't accept credit cards, only cash, and they want you to use their bootleg ATM machine with an high interest rate. The food was terrible, but good beers.

Great staff, location and breakfast. The room I booked was small but it was good enough for me. It was clean and quiet. It didn’t have ac, which was ok because it was chilly outside but it’s something to consider if you’re staying there later in the summer. And maybe some rooms have ac. I wish the shower was a little bigger but it’s Europe and everything is smaller here compared to the US! In general I am happy with the hotel and my room and I recommend it.

The location is very good and easily walkable. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is very nice. However, accessibility could be improved. To access the floors you have to take stairs, which can be inconvenient when traveling with luggage.

The hotel itself was good. Slightly old, but well kept and in a nice area. Great location with many options for food nearby as well as only being about a 10 minute walk to Charles Bridge, Prague Castle and about 15 minutes to Old Town. The breakfast was okay, a lot of options however the meat was cold and the scrambled eggs were not good quality. The room service was good as well, quite a few heaters and extra blankets were given if asked.
