First of all, I want to mention the employee Marco who made me feel welcomed and check in with comfort at the time that fit my schedule, really appreciated it. The property is at the great location, I didn’t even need a car because I could walk from the hotel anywhere I wanted. It was clean, the hotel provided shampoos and lots of towels. Coffee and tea, an electric kettle and fridge were included too. I want to bring it to your attention, fellow travellers, that a receptionist/front desk is not available 24/7 like in other hotels I stayed, and your email might not be read, so if you need help it’s better to call them (at least in my experience). Overall, my stay was a positive experience, the receptionists (when available) were friendly and even provided guidance on how to get to the airport. There was also a separate room on the first floor with some books, tables and chairs. I’m pretty sure there was also coffee and tea, not sure if complimentary. One last important thing is that I felt safe there because the hotel was equipped with a door with a code. Great option to choose if you’re staying in Prague.

Hotel was clean, quiet and great for transport links and shopping. Clean and basic, with friendly Reception staff. Shower was great, but bed not the comfiest. My rooms' door lock and key were difficult to lock and unlock. Apparently you had to push the key all the way in, jiggle it while turning! Some nights I couldn't lock it, so a glass on a chair pushed against the door had to do.

If you have ever seen a 4-star hotel in your life, you will immediately know that this one is not it. This hotel is 2-2.5 star at most. We had a very bad-smelling and run down room - poor ventilation, too hot, shower cabin with heavy wear-and-tear yellow stains on the floor and pipes, stained window frames, no hand towels, very poor-quality toiletries, no working TV, half-broken towel holder and curtain holder, and the list goes on and on. Both receptionists appeared inexperienced and lost at times, although they were friendly and tried to help. The hotel was inexpensive, but I would have never picked it if the honest star ranking was provided. So, Expedia, stop misleading your customers with incorrect star rating of such properties!! Positive: firm mattress, elevator in the building, electric kettle (with 2 instant coffee sticks and 2 tea bags)

Vid incheckning fick vi knacka å ringa i 30 minuter för att komma in.samt att vi fick ett ignorant bemötande i reception.finns inget annat än en liten obemannad reception. Vi hade läckande vatten från duschen våningen ovanför och fick hålla saker från golvet. Ingen ac bara en halvtrasig fläkt. Trasigt säkerhetsskåp. Ett hotell där bara sova på är en dålig ide.inte värt pengarna

O hotel é de fácil acesso seja vindo do aeroporto (tem paradas de transporte próximo), seja indo para o pontos turísticos. Esse benefício é bom. Porém a recepção está sempre vazia, precisamos de ajuda algumas vezes e não tivemos. Não tem telefone para a recepção nos quartos também. Outro ponto foi no dia que pedimos para arrumar o quarto e trocar as toalhas e deixaram nossa porta aberta, sabe-se lá por quantas horas (e sim nossas coisas dentro) felizmente nada aconteceu.

Expedia hat leider falsch informiert. Die Parkplätze als auch die Kur Taxe und das Frühstück haben wir separat bezahlen dürfen. Das Frühstück war groß in der Auswahl und die Damen im Service sind die ganze Zeit gesprungen um alles sauber zu halten! Top

The property was a good example of an old Czech building. It was pretty. There were a few really great staff. There were also some really poor staff. The room wasn’t cleaned everyday and there were additional charges on arrival. The room was dated and had two windows, one of which was missing a blind making it difficult to sleep.

El hotel está bastante bien, a media hora caminando del Puente Carlos, tiene buen transporte público, hay un centro comercial cerca El hotel muy limpio, el desayuno está bien , no le sobra ni le falta nada.

I didn't like multiple deposits being held for things. Having to put a deposit down for a safe key for instance seems unfair. Having to hand in your key when going out and buzzing back in was also an unnecessary burden. The rooms were mostly fine, however the shower leaked and there was no air conditioning.

Nicht gefallen hat mir das ich der Meinung war meine Übernachtung mit Frühstück gebucht zu haben und das Hotel mir sagte es sei keins in meiner Buchung. Das Angebotene Frühstück wollte man mir für 9 Euro verkaufen, welches ich zu überteuert für das Angebot empfand. Ansonsten war Personal und Service sehr freundlich.

Mi hanno fatto pagare la colazione come extra, nonostante la piattaforma dell'hotel prevede la prima colazione gratuita per tutti. Hanno voluto 1.500 corone come cauzione restituite prima del check out. Si sono trattenuti 100 corone a persona come tassa di soggiorno nonostante la prenotazione fatta con Expedia ( mai più ) comprendeva tutto!!!
