The hotel is well located,within walking distance from all major attractions,room itself was ok because it was clean,bed and pillows very comfortable,I didn’t like that some of the furniture is outdated and the bathroom looks old as well but like I said it was clean ,I also didn’t like view of my room which was to the interior of the building on first floor with nothing to look at,I would recommend without hesitation but try to get a room with better views.

Incredible hotel!! The location was absolutely perfect in Old Town - everything was within walking distance. There’s a lively shopping mall just steps away, and so many famous landmarks nearby. The tram stop is also less than a 3-min walk, which made getting around so easy. The hotel staff was by far the friendliest my friends and I encountered during our travels across three different countries! Ethan and another young, petite blonde staff member were especially welcoming, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. Our room for 3 pax was spotless upon arrival and impeccably cleaned each day. The breakfast was absolutely delicious… truly top-rated in both quality and service!! There were so many servers, and EVERY single one of them provided excellent service. Not once did we have a negative experience! If we ever return to Praha, there’s no doubt that MGallery Collection will be our accommodation of choice. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

The room was ready early, and the staff allowed us in early so we could wander out into the city earlier than expected. The facility is lovely, elegantly appointed. The room was smaller than expected, which is typical of European size rooms. It was clean and well appointed with modern decor.

The property has been restored and renovated like a palace. Location is one of the beat. I like the dedication to Franz Kafka. The breakfast was excellent! The only problem we had was the musty oder in the room; it penetrated our clothing even after we were long gone.

The hotel was in the perfect spot for visiting all the tourist attentions. Easy walking distance to old town square and the Charles bridge. The room was super nice and clean, our only complaint is that the room was too hot and we could not get the air conditioning to work but otherwise perfect stay.
