Great location and lovely room. Only thing to bear in mind is that the door to get in once reception has shut was heavy and I struggled to open it with the key etc, so maybe not suitable for older/weaker people! Other than that, it was a lovely stay.

BEWARE… NO ELEVATOR. Seniors…dont book this hotel if you cant climb stairs. Nice and clean… Small room. I dont know if all the rooms are small. I got this situation when I booked a hotel in Istanbul thru Expedia. Expedia should take a note of this stair situation especially in cities in Europe.

Fantastic Stay in the Heart of the City!

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I couldn’t be more pleased. The location is absolutely perfect—right in the city center, yet surprisingly quiet and peaceful, allowing for a restful night’s sleep. The rooms were clean, which made the stay even more comfortable. The hotel’s restaurant is excellent, offering delicious meals with great service. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a central location without the usual noise and chaos! Would definitely stay here again.

Parking nightmare for a wonderful hotel.

Stay was great and location fantastic. Only issue was parking. As we drove in the instructions for where to drop bags was not clearly described before arrival and parking they sent us to charged a month of parking instead of three days.

The property was in a great location and staff were nice. However the reception desk is in a weird location (you walk through a restaurant to get there). The room was lacking some basic amenities like a trash can in the main room and tissues in the bathroom. The shower was very small and the bathroom sink did not drain very well. There was construction on the outside of the building, which can’t be helped but the staff did not mention that construction workers would be walking past our window. Floors were thin as we could hear the person above us walking around and it was loud

Best lokation and very Pretoria courtyard

The bed was not to good. The pillows where hard and bumby. No Place to hang The handtowls, general need for places to hang our clothes, and The small clothes cabinet only had Four hangers. But beautyfull “hotel”, best lokation and a very Nice courtyard and restaurant on the Ground floor. Super Nice personel, would stay with Them again.

Fantastic location but VERY noisy people walking the lane way yelling and screaming. It is the party town after all. Unfortunately, our room overlooked the laneway and was also very warm from a long hot spell and we couldn’t leave the windows open at night to cool the room because of the noise. Bed was fantastic. Super clean. Netflix was a bonus to relax while resting our weary feet. Prague is a very under rated city. A must do.

Excellent location. Great staff. Nice rooms. Uber has a hard time with the address and will come behind the property. They need to go straight a bit more and to the right. Wifi signal very strong in the restaurant below. However I was floor 1 and could not get a consistent signal.

It is a beautiful and spacious hotel. Although no AC. I knew that going in and made that choice. Open windows and fans made for very comfortable sleeping. The location is sensational. Some people say it is loud. Plan ahead, if you have you windows open, wear earplugs. It is a beautiful space and very spacious. Lovely and spacious bathroom. I would definitely consider staying there next time.

We requested an apartment on the 1st floor. They didn't give us one and didn't give a damn. Staff were indifferent and didn't care less to my medical condition. Rooms were poorly set up. Would NOT recommend this property.

This is a great place to stay in Prague literally behind the Tyn cathedral and 1 min walk from old square. The inside is pleasant and clean. The restaurant looked good though I did not eat there myself. The room was perfect and I loved the windows opening properly. A large fridge in the run was handy. However there should be a larger bin- the bathroom one is too small. The only complaint is that there was occasionally a loud noise during the night from inside the wall, probably a boiler. But it did not keep me awake. The key process was a little annoying as there are four keys but it’s fine and you get used to it. Another thing, they are currently doing some building work which is a little loud but they don’t start until 9am ish so it’s a good alarm clock I guess 😆 overall I really recommend staying here still as it’s an amazing location, spotlessly clean with friendly staff and very comfy beds and rooms. Also free Netflix was a nice touch and the WiFi was good too.

A great accommodation if you are staying in Prague for only a few days. Steps out to the astronomical clock and old town square. If you are out late there are four keys to get yourself inside. The nights can be quite loud with the windows open. Overall a pleasant stay and would recommend if you are in Prague for a quick visit.
