The property is truly amazing and the location is perfect. The rooms are a bit warm for sleeping and opening the windows helps but the area is busy with noise. This is all understandable based on the age of the property, you lose some modern convenience for a historical experience..

We really enjoyed our stay in Black Star Suites. Very accesible to all nearby attractions. Multiple choices of restaurants just within the area. Very easy to find from Metro station. Hotel itself is very clean and spacious for the three of us. We will recommend this place!👍❤️

The room i stayed in was very small and feel cramped, in addition the room has many steps that are not properly identified and i almost break my head during the stay. The hotel location it is the best in the heart of old town, staff is friendly and attentive.

The place is in the perfect location. You will stay in an authentic ancient building built AC 1300 and rebuilt in AC 1500 year. Big bad and big room. Very close to attractive points but in a very silent street. We were happy and I would stay again in the same room. (Room 11)

Great location, easy access to bars, restaurants and sights. on arrival my partner was having a cheeky smoke and the lady on reception came out, grabbed a couple of chairs and table from the restaurant next door and brought us a couple of glasses of prosecco!! lovely lady and super helpful. Only downside was lack of windows in the room, more natural light and fresh air would have been nice and the bathroom did not have a proper shower although the bathroom was huge so no real issue other than getting the floor wet. Would stay again and would highly recommend, room was more than big enough and was cleaned every day. Location wise couldnt have been more central

A beautiful property in a beautiful part of Prague

We stayed in 31, the top floor, the apartment was lovely, rustic, and they have kept it true to the old style it would of been. But with amenities, air con etc, not that we needed it. The receptionists are lovely, and will let you store your luggage if you arrive early, or if you need to leave it there before you leave for the airport etc. There is free coffee Nespresso pods each day, and tea. The rooms are spacious, and the bed is comfy. The bath is big, and the water is always hot. All in all you won't be disappointed. The only thing I would say is that there is no lift, and there are a lot of steps, but you only go out and come back in once or twice a day so it's not a problem

We stayed in a Junior Suite at Black Star Suites and absolutely loved it. The medieval décor perfectly matches the atmosphere of Prague. The room was spacious, spotless, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. There was also a fully stocked fridge offering wine, beer, soft drinks, and snacks, which was a very convenient addition. The hotel is in an excellent location, within walking distance of all major sightseeing attractions, and very close to shops, trams, and the underground. Housekeeping visited daily, providing fresh towels, replenishing coffee and tea supplies, and making the beds. The reception team, especially Romana and Alice, were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic. I would happily recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.

This is the perfect place to stay. Wonderful staff, spacious rooms in a historic building. Such a perfect vibe. The hotel is around the corner from the main drag so you can walk everywhere but it is quiet at night. Highly recommend!

It was so nice stay, but there were conditions of being unsatisfied. It's incovenience to carry baggages to the room cause there is no elevator . And lighting in the room were dim, then I wish we could get welcome drinks and table for baggage packing. Staff are so kindly, and very beautiful historical building.
