Comfortable hotel, AMAZING spa

Absolutely would stay here again. The rooms were simple and compact, but clean and functional. Air conditioning was effective (although we were a little annoyed cleaning staff turned our AC off while we were gone). But the standout was truly the spa. I’ve had many nice massages but the couples massage here was maybe the best I’ve ever had. Whirlpool bath was a romantic and luxurious addition. Very reasonable prices. Overall a great experience.

Good for access, terrible for your back

While the price was good and the hotel is essentially across the street from the metro—so, very convenient for getting to sights), I really would never stay here again. There is NOTHING around (not even a place for decent coffee, unless you’re thinking of a kiosk at the Metro). Further, while the room was fine, the bed was hard as a rock (really; I have a bad back and this thing was torture). The pillows are incredibly thin and the room was really quite warm, even with the heat turned off. The only way to stay comfortable was to open the window. Nice folks but a really terrible place to stay if you want a decent night’s sleep.

The spa is AMAZING. They offer a beautiful show in the suana. The cold plunge is unreal. I didn't know what to expect but it was amazing. The room was beautiful and new. The restaurant food was really good. Very good local food. I will definitely go back

Good value stay with a couple of hiccups

The apartment was really great. Good size, totally clean, great terrace (not the view, but the terrace as such). The hotel in general is also OK. The location of it is not the best, however, it is close to get there either by tram or metro or by car. Parking is reasonably priced. The only real negative thing was the breakfast, which was poor at best.

Saavuimme hotellille ja meille kerrottiin ensin vesikatkosta lähtöaamuna, mikä ei hirveästi olisi haitannut. Sitten kerrottiin koko wellnes/spa-osaston olevan suljettuna koko viikon ja tästä ei ollut mitään mainintaa varausta tehdessä. Oltuamme pari tuntia huoneessa totesimme ilmastoinnin olevan rikki. Se oli myös ollut päällä ennen saapumista, mikä viittaa siihen, että hotellissa tiedettiin ilmastoinnin toimivan huonosti. Viimeisen tunnin se oli päällä täydellä puhalluksella ja kylmimmällä asteella, mutta silti huoneen lämpötila ei juuri laskenut +25'c. Ilmoitin asiasta vastaanottoon lähtiessämme illalliselle. Takaisin tullessa vastaanotossa ei ollut ketään keneltä kysyä. Laitoin yöllä vielä viestin hotelliin johon en koskaan saanut vastausta. En saanut kunnolla nukuttua, kun huoneessa oli niin kuuma. Lisäksi heräsin aamulla klo 07.30 siihen, että takapihalla alkoi asvalttityöt. Aamupalan jälkeen kysyin vastaanotosta ilmastoinnista ja hän sanoi, että se korjataan. Meille ei tarjottu toista huonetta vaikka hotelli ei selvästi ollut täynnä. Päätimme lähteä hotellista toiseen ja lähtiessämme meille kerrottiin, että ilmastointi olisi muka kunnossa. No ei ollut muuttunut mihinkään niiden tuntien aikana jotka vietimme huoneessa. Onneksi Prahassa on hyvä tarjonta hotelleistä ja saimme oikein mukavan majoituksen seuraavalle yölle.

Gute Verkehrsanbindung und eigene Parkplätze

Sehr schön gestaltetes Hotel mit guter Verkehrsanbindung (U-Bahn & Tramlinien) sowie ein eigener Parkplatz auf dem Gelände (kostenpflichtig, aber faire Preise). Das Zimmer war sauber und schön eingerichtet. Im Haus befindet sich auch ein Wellnessbereich, welcher aber kostenpflichtig ist - die Sauna ist hier sehr schön gestaltet. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und äußerst freundlich.

Výjimečný hotel

Pobyt na hotelu byl výjimečný nejen díky skvěle vybavenému hotelu, službám a celkovému pohodlí, ale zejména kvůli poctivé práci a mimořádně poctivému přístupu personálu. Za posledních 22 dní jsem navštívil celkem 19 různých zařízení a v tomto jediném byla skutečně dodržována epidemiologická opatření bez jakýchkoliv vytáček a diskusí. Především za tento zodpovědný přístup, patří hotelu mé velké díky.
