Everything was good here.

Need to have desks for each room. People need to work during visit.

Very courteous staff. Room was comfortable and nice. Only complaint was it was cold, even when we changed the thermostat. We requested an extra blanket, which was brought promptly. I packed it all.

WiFi would go in and out and would have to login more than once. Our room keys wouldn’t open the front door even after resetting it twice.

The room itself is basic but clean and functional. Sadly, it’s very noisy if you have a room facing the main road. I was on the 2nd floor and heard nothing but traffic, shouting from passers by and sirens all night, every night. If you’re a light sleeper or not used to city noises, that’s not ideal. There was also a small cockroach in the bathroom was, while I appreciate they’re everywhere, wasn’t pleasant. Otherwise, the hotel is in a great location and the staff are all great.
