La bellissima casa singola, può ospitare fino 4 persone e offre tutti i comfort per una splendida vacanza.
Disposta su due livelli, primo e secondo piano, così composta: camera matrimoniale con condizionatore e balcone , cameretta con letto a castello e balcone, bagno con doccia e bidet, cucina con tutto il necessario per cucinare con balcone, luminoso soggiorno con TV, divano e balcone.

Siamo nel centro storico di Pozzallo. Vicinissima a soli 150 mt dalla favolosa spiaggia Lungomare Pietre Nere. Zona unica e ben servita dove tutti i negozi, banche, farmacia, posta, piazza, corso principale ecc... distano soli poche decine di metri e sono raggiungibili a piedi.
