We enjoyed the 4 nights we were in this hotel. It was very clean, room service did an outstanding job every time. People checking us in were very friendly and would politely greet us every time we went into the hotel. It’s ideal location since its on Gran Via, I was skeptical about the noise at night but that was never an issue. One thing I didn’t care for was breakfast it was just ok so we only had breakfast once in the hotel. Once you step outside of the hotel there’s countless coffee shops and restaurants so finding something treat close by it will never be an issue. Metro stations there several nearby. I would gladly stay here again next time I’m in Madrid.

Todo estuvo genial, el personal es súper amable y pendiente a todo, las habitaciones super limpias el desayuno es 10/10 buena ubicación ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Solo les quiero recomendar algo el aire acondicionado no enfría bien y no estuve en una si no en dos habitaciones diferentes y pasé calor pero todo lo demás está muy bien mil gracias y volveré 👍

Great location - close to everything! Felt safe! Room was cozy and the bathroom was nice. The photos on the listing showed that the room would have a view but unfortunately the room I was given had no views and was just cement and no natural light came in... so for that, the room felt overpriced. The staff at time of check in felt like he didn't know what he was doing... But the staff the following day was excellent - she was very friendly and helpful with recommendations.
