Brand new, renovated rooms ideally located in the heart of Powell River will provide you with privacy. There is a private driveway and keyless entry. Loads of storage space are available for any toys to enjoy the outdoors such as bikes and kayaks.

Including an outdoor BBQ Expert Grill with a 25-Burger Cooking Capacity; Cast Iron Cooking Grates; 619 square inches of the total cooking area; 48,000 BTUS cooking heat and one extra 12,000 BTU side Burner. Large fridge and new sink system installed suitable for long/short term rental and any size family group trip up to 10 people.
The space itself is 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, and 1 full kitchen:
1 master bedroom with private bathroom. 1 with a queen bed, 1 with two double beds, and 1 with a double bed and a twin over double bunk bed. Extra microfiber towels are provided, and we can always provide more if needed.
There is a variety of toiletries in the bathroom:
Toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, and shaving cream, as well as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion. We provide everything you need :)
Our house is childproofed so please specify the ages if you are in a group with children, our space is filled with plenty of items that may be dangerous for younger children.

During the peak season, we set a check-out time of 11 a.m. and check-in of 4 p.m. to provide time for the entire space to be fully cleaned. Please kindly let us know if you require a late check-out or an early check-in, we will try our best to accommodate you!
Laundry service is available for a cost and is subject to availability because our housekeeper must be scheduled to do it.
