"Brasada charged me the $150 incidental fee and will not refund me. I keep getting the run around. Its been over a month. My bank says brasada wont release the funds and THEY need to refund me. I call and get sent to a voicemail to leave messages that NEVER get replied too. Fraudulent charge, im going to have to report them to the BBB"

"We checked in late close to 9:40 pm. The indoor spas were closed , the outdoor pool and spa closed at 10pm. We didn’t get to use any amenities as it was late and we checked out early. The staff were friendly the Rooms were comfortable. We didn’t have much light in the room and the tv might have been disconnected when I tried but we were too lazy and tired after the drive to care. Bathroom was clean and spacious. Pillows were soft the bed was firm but comfortable for us. Long hallways. Anyways I think we made a great choice for the Stay. No lights in surrounding areas btw. I’d stay at this hotel again"

"There were tons of people and down to half a bisquit. The kitchen staff came in but didn’t add anymore for quite a while. They were like dry, cold and stale. I’d say if you got better quality biscuits and the gravy wasn’t flavorless there was good options. Loved everything else about our stay, location and or room. "
