Detached house perched on a hillside, overlooking the Cher Valley and the vineyards.

120m² of living space, sleeps 10. The large, bright, and welcoming living room (with a wood-burning stove) and its fully equipped open-plan kitchen open directly onto the garden.

Two double bedrooms on the ground floor and two family bedrooms upstairs (each with a double bed and a single bed), a bathroom and toilet on the ground floor, and a shower room and toilet upstairs.
Bed linen is provided. This property is not specifically adapted for people with disabilities.
The house sits on a 1000m² shaded and fenced plot with a terrace, garden furniture, and a pétanque court.
A two-car garage is located in the basement. Leisure facilities available: - swing set with swings and slide - pétanque court (bring your own boules for children and adults) - ping-pong table (in the basement) - board games.

Non-smoking accommodation. Welcome to your gîte "La Maison de Lulu", located in the village of Pouillé, in the Cher Valley.
