Dirty Mountain Home
First and foremost, we were told to meet the owners there at 4 PM and they would let us in. We were in the driveway at 3:57 and just figured they were running late and when we called them, they said that they were there at four and must’ve missed us, Not a chance. They then gave us a code to get in the house that they programmed for us. It did not work. The outside of the house was atrocious. There were so many downed bushes trees.. it just reiterated for me that no one was there because no one would have let a guest come to that mess. None of the patio furniture was out. I had to sweep every porch and walkway as they were covered with debris. .Cooling down the house with impossible. They could’ve given us a heads up that it’s up a very tall hill that is blind on the other side. The fire pit furniture was broken or not set up appropriately to where everywhere we went. We had to clean up first.. most of the interior of the house was clean. It’s just a shame as this house shows so much outside, but there was so much debris at the outsides couldn’t be enjoyed. The kitchen had no stock items not even coffee little disappointed about that as well. I have a lot of pictures of the debris and mess. We had to clean up before our guest could arrive. You shouldn’t have to pay to stay at a place that you need to clean very upsetting..
