Kick back and relax in this small cozy cabin located on Elm street just outside of Potsdam. The cabin is conveniently just minutes from Canton Potsdam Hospital, SUNY Potsdam, and Clarkson University. Sleeps up to 3 guests. There is a Queen size Sleep Number bed in the upstairs loft, and the sofa bed pulls out into a twin bed. Sip a cup of coffee and enjoy the views on the balcony. Grill some dinner outback on the patio. Enjoy the privacy of the entire cabin to yourself.
The cabin includes a kitchen with a toaster oven and portable cooktop (stocked with pans, dishes, and utensils), a fridge and coffee maker. There is a dining table for two. A charcoal grill is located on the back patio. There is a love seat, coffee table, Roku TV, DVD player, and a selection of board games downstairs. There is a desk and chair for a workplace. A full bathroom with a shower is located downstairs. Upstairs loft includes the bedroom with a Queen bed and outdoor balcony.
The entire cabin and backyard is yours during the stay with no shared areas

Very clean, very comfortable property. We stayed for our son's graduation from Potsdam and the property was a great option allowing us to be able to relax and feel like we were in a vacation home. Would highly recommend!

The pull out couch was uncomfortable, the bed was just ok. TV was unusable because mounted up far too high. There was no regular Coffee for the coffee maker. I was not able to communicate with the owner during our stay, it was unclear where we could find the bedding for pull out bed. We made do with the extra sheets for the main bed though. No pillow except for ripped ones under the bed.

Great cabin. Great for a couple. Our 6 foot son was too big for the tiny pullout but managed. Location is close to Crane which was the reason for our trip.

This small house is perfect for a couple that needs to stay in the area. The house is small and cute and comfortably furnished with everything you may need. It was easy to find, and not far out of town.

This was a great stay for my husband and adult son to attend our youngest son's graduation. This little cabin was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The shower had great hot water. There is a great little airport diner across the street for breakfast or lunch.

This is the perfect spot to stay for a couple. It is cozy and clean and close to campus and places to shop/eat/etc. The main bed is in the open loft, and there is a small futon in the living room area. However having 3 people in the house when my son was with us was a little cramped. The host was extremely responsive and check in/out was very easy. My only suggestion (which I messaged her as well) was to perhaps have some toiletries available for people who might forget them (like I did :)) Overall this was a great stay and we would love to be back!

The cabin is of recent and modern construction, private, quiet, and quite comfortable for a couple. The only things to be aware of are that the bedroom is up a set of somewhat steep steps and the bathroom is downstairs. Also the kitchen is basic, good for making coffee and reheating things in the microwave, but not for any real cooking. Would definitely stay there again.

We were visiting my son at Clarkson. The location was perfect. The cabin was welcoming and equipped with everything we needed. We got to enjoy casual family meals and was much better than a hotel.
