「We had the apartment all to ourselves, and it was clean and stocked with food and treats. It was located in a nice, safe, quiet, interesting neighborhood where we enjoyed taking walks. The hosts made themselves available when needed, but also left us alone to enjoy our stay.」

「The location was perfect for us. The rooms on the third floor were quiet and private very clean. The bed was quite comfortable. Martin, the host, was courteous and genuinely helpful. Adding another reading light so there is one for each side of the bed would be an improvement for the room. 」

「We had a really lovely time at Patricia's suite. We only stayed for one night, but we found that the suite was easy to access, the bed was very comfortable. 「The hosts for this property are wonderful! VRBO did not send us the code and instructions for check in, but when we messaged the hosts they responded very quickly and got my family in the property right away. Every response we got from them was helpful and so friendly. We were happy with the property. We did not realize how steep the stairs were going to be, but thankfully the hosts have a full bed and bath on the entry level, which worked great for my mom who struggles to get up and down...

「The apartment was just as advertised. We liked its charm and the quirks of staying in a cute little row house. We got metro/bus passes and enjoyed getting to know DC as locals. We walked 5-8 min to the NoMa Metro stop on the Red line every morning, took the metro and bus everywhere we wanted to go and walked back home from the Metro station each night. "建物は古く、電子レンジがなかったり、浴室が普通の半分サイズなど、やや奇妙なところもありますが、古い箱で最近に近いサービスを提供していると言うことで好感が持てます。最近は冷凍庫や電子レンジがあるところも多いので検討してもらえると嬉しいです。スタッフはとても親切でした。まさにホテルマンとしての、プロの仕事をされていました。設備も故障や汚れは一切なくとても快適でした。 WiFiは無料で使えますが、終日とても遅かったので、これは改善してほしいです。"
