「Gute Lage und trotz Straße nicht laut. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon hinten zum Berg und es war von der Lautstärke her okay. Man konnte abends gut auf dem Balkon sitzen. Betten waren bequem.Zimmer wurde ordentlich gereinigt.
Supermarkt direkt gegenüber und zum See nur 3-5 Minuten zu Fuß. Man kann bequem die tolle Promenade bis in den Ort Malcesine laufen. Zirka 20 min Gehzeit vom Hotel.
Das Personal und der Chef Roberto mit Frau waren sehr freundlich. Man wurde mit Handschlag begrüßt....

The terrace was nice to sit and relax with a view of the garden through mine was shared with other guests. Easy beautiful 10 minutes walk along the lake into the village. Breakfast was perfect for me though others may like a few more options. Good value for what I paid. Would happily stay again.」

「Excellent hotel with a fantastic view. Staff all very polite. Few minor issues: water by the pool should be free / there should be a water dispenser; guests should be able to borrow an iron (never been to a hotel where this wasn’t possible); staff don’t understand the concept of ice coffee which we found strange.
