"Luigi and Paula were awesome hosts. Their home is absolutely stunning! There was not a single thing that I would change… it was perfect. If I could dream up the perfect Italian Tuscan style villa… this would be it. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. Thank you for leaving the pool open. "We enjoyed spending a week here. The place was charming and definitely tucked away down a quiet street surrounded by mountains. Our host Maria was easy to contact. We only met her once as she was mostly out of town when we were there but she was gracious enough to let us see the 4 alpacas up close and feed them. "very nice vertical house in center of old town. great location near restaurants and coffee shops. very clean. easy access and departure. not a property for people who struggle with stairs. hot water in showers is a little tricky. shower in one of the bathrooms needs a door, and washing machine could use some written instructions. overall, we enjoyed it, and recommend it with the few caveats already mentioned."

"The flat is well furnished and equipped with all the comforts (Wi-Fi, air conditioner, coffee machine, functional kitchen, televisions etc). The terrace is perfect to enjoy sunny days, with a lot of space and features. The position is perfect to enjoy the beauty of the medieval historical center of Alatri. "A very nice property as described, with a large terrace, overlooked on most sides but with an unexpected view of the castle and swooping swifts making up for it. The host was very helpful throughout and kindly left us a generous welcome pack. I had no problem finding local street parking. Happy to recommend if touring the area by car. The train station and supermarket both less than 5-10 mins walk away."

"A wonderful property with lovely staff. We had a delicious evening meal with a chef who spoke English! Last time we stayed there was no evening dinner but the host suggested some great restaurants in town! Very little English spoken but a highly rated property at a fair price. We’d stay again!!!"
