"We were so excited to try this new place. We will not recommend it to anyone. Here were the issues: 1. We never received the email with check-in info. I emailed requesting it, no response. We did not have a number until we arrived and another guest had the owner’s number. 2. VRBO states the site has a hot tub. Nope. 3. "Cockroaches in the sink, washing machine half full of water not able to drain, tried to shave and water wouldn’t drain, pool sticks had no tips, and sketchy neighborhood. We had out of town guests staying in Lubbock for first time to attend a wedding. Was embarrassed, the only positive was it was convenient to the wedding venue."
