"Nice clean room. The staff was friendly. Only negative I have is they charged a $25.00 fee for incidental damage. I was told that this charge would be refunded after my stay, which has not yet been refunded."

"The Best Western Inn has beautifully maintained it's historical aspects on Route 66. The rooms are modern and updated with all the amenities we have come to expect."

"Check in went really well staff was very courteous and professional. Room was clean, A/C kept room nice and cool was a little loud but it worked great. I would have no problem staying again, felt safe and was nice and quiet."

"Room 113 where we stayed is in serious need of a deep cleaning. Spider webs behind entry door. Multiple stains on furniture, dirty floor, mold in shower, stains on walls in vanity area and stains on sheets. Hinge on toilet was broken and front desk said no one to fix. Husband duct taped it. If we hadn’t already spent 10 hours traveling we would have left! Only plus was that the bed was comfortable. Very disappointed in this property."
