Room was very hot when outside temperature was 65 deg F. Air Conditioning was not operating in April. Only heater worked. Only way to cool off room was to shut off hot air fan and keep window open all night long. Bed mattress was sooo firm I literally got a back ache and did not get any sleep. Other problems: 1) TV (only a 20 inch computer monitor) did not work because the TV cable connector was broken. 2) Shower head fell when I was adjusting it. 3) Telephone had no dialing instructions to call reception therefore I had to go back to reception to complain about the issues in the room. 4) Corner Shower was sooo small you can not bend over to wash yourself.

We stayed on the top floor , and the windows were close to the roof so you felt like you were in a prison. The rooms were clean and neat , beds hard, location close to many things , staff very friendly and helpful. Great place to stay but expensive

Nicest room we’ve had so far on our trip. Very clean very modern. The Jacuzzi and the bedroom and the executive suite was incredible. Food was excellent room service was spot on! We would stay here again in a heart beat!
